The data used to prepare the maps is
available from FRG - please contact us
if you would like a copy of the data. It is available in two forms:
Excel
An Excel 5.0/95 format spreadsheet exported from
the GIS data layer. It includes:
- Details of all raptor observations (date,
species, age, sex, activity) which can be filtered and/or sorted
to aid analysis
- Summary tables and charts showing annual
totals for each species
ArcView
ArcView 3 shape files for the following data:
- Raptor observations (coded by year, species,
age, sex, and activity)
- Census routes
Metadata:
- UTM NAD27 coordinate system, in meters
- The Falcon Research Group and The Nature
Conservancy retain ownership of the data and maps, but encourage
widespread dissemination, and request credit is given
- Citation should be as follows

- The Falcon Research Group (FRG) and The
